A. Yes – you may attach the photo during our order entry process. If you are unable to attach the photo, you may email the photo to our Online Customer Service email at OnlineCS@coxohio.com. Please remember to reference the ad confirmation number when submitting the photo through this process.
A. We accept .jpeg format photos. If you have a photo that is a .bmp, .gif or other format, please call out Customer Service line at 800-213-8561.
A. We have specific abbreviations that must be used. All Online submitted ads are subject to supervisor approval and are proofread before the as is released for print.
A. Yes – you may list your personal or your business website in the text of the ad. However, you may not list online auction websites, other classified websites, or other online recruitment websites in the text of the ad.
A. Our online packages are selected and priced to give our customers the most value for their dollar. We also offer a variety of additional advertising packages, so if you do not see a package that fits your needs, please call our Customer Service line at 800-213-8561 for additional advertising information.
